5 Simple Home Workouts to Burn Fat Fast (No Equipment Needed)

You don't need expensive equipment — just consistency and the right workouts.

1. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

30 seconds jumping jacks, 30 seconds rest, 30 seconds mountain climbers, 30 seconds rest, 30 seconds high knees, 30 seconds rest. Repeat 4 times.

2. Bodyweight Strength Training

Push-ups: 3 sets of 10-15 reps, Squats: 3 sets of 20 reps, Lunges: 3 sets of 10 reps per leg, Plank: 3 sets of 30-60 seconds.

3. Jump Rope
